Dr. Greg Price is the chief technology and security officer at Troy University and the director of the Alabama Computer Forensics Institute. He has authored five books on information technology and has served as a member of various cybersecurity task forces.

Your Responsibility – Staying safe from COVID is a personal responsibility. The Perdido Beach Resort and ALET are making adjustments to help facilitate social distancing, but the ultimate responsibility is YOURS.

Event Modifications – You will notice that we have modified a great deal in order to help you stay safe. Please follow the instructions and limitations we are implementing. Individuals who do not adhere to these safety precautions may be excluded from participating further.

Registration and Cancellations
Registration is Now Closed. If you have a special request, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation by Attendee – Attendees who notify us of their cancellation prior to September 1st will receive a full credit or refund of any amounts paid for the event. Cancellations after September 1st due to employer travel ban or illness may also be credited or refunded. ‘No Shows’ who do not notify us of cancellation will receive no credit/refund.
Hotel Room Cancellation – You are responsible for cancelling your hotel room. Please be sure to adhere to the deadlines published by the hotel for the conference rates.
Room Block - Perdido Beach Resort
Please make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The ALET Room Block is from Sunday (9/20), Monday (9/21), and Tues (9/22) with a 3-night minimum. Make sure to select these dates to get the best price. If you try to add extra nights before or after the room block, you may get a No Rooms available message. Change the dates back to the official room block and you should see available rooms. Room Block Link

Coming Saturday? There will be a limited number of rooms on Saturday, September 19 for those of you that want to come down early at the ALET price. Once they are gone, normal room rates apply.
Staying longer for the Boot Camp? There will also be a limited number of rooms available for the E-Rate Boot Camp on September 23rd and 24th. (Wednesday and Thursday nights). After they are gone, normal prices apply.
